Successful H1 Extension Stamping in NEW DELHI dec 7th

Hi All,

I just want to update my H1B Stamping experience happened in NEW DELHI.I work in EVC modle.

The questions are :-

VO:Which company you work for?

Me: xxxxxxxxx

VO: I never heard about this company (blank face :))

VO: Do you have any doucments today?

Me: Yes,i gave I-129,LCA

VO: what does they (my employer) do?

Me: They are into product develeopment and also provide business solutions and resource strateging to various clients.

VO: Do you work Off-site(client place)?

Me: Yes I work at Client place.

VO: which client?

Me: xxxxx

VO:Do you have client letter

Me: Handed over client letter

VO: What is this xxxxx (Vendor) company?

Me: it's my prime vendor and provided my vendor letter

VO:I got confused,hold on

VO: where is your company (Employer)

Me: I mentioned XXXXXXX state

VO: where do you stay?

Me: I mentioned XXXXXXXX state.(different state than my employer state)

VO:You mentioned your employer is from XXXXX state and your staying in differnet state why?

Me: I work at client place and client is at xxxxxx state

VO: I am totally confused ,you gave me 3 companies now which compnay you work for?

Me: I got scared after seeing her face expressions(with blank face),but I clearly explanied EVC modle

VO: how did you find this job

Me: I see this requirement in one of the job portal and then applied.

Still she is not convinced and i see her face expressions(I lost my hope)

VO:Do you have letter to US Home Land Security which was sent by petioner

Me: Sorry I dont understand which letter are you referring

VO: I need the letter which was sent to US Home Land Security

Me: I thought it's Employer reference letter and trying to take out that from my file

VO: Not this one the one which was sent to US Home Land Security by your pettoner when they applied for your h1 extension

Me: Still confused and dont understand which letter it is

VO: it should be some where with your H1B approval package.

Me: Then i am looking for that in my approval package(package has 1000's of papers)

VO: Do one thing,please give that complete bundle i will look for you

Me: I handed over complete bundle to here

VO: she quickly turned all pages and at last she found that letter and said this is the one I am looking for

VO: She closely looked at that letter for couple of minutes and then she said perfect

VO: Is this your first time H1

Me: No,this is my extension and I am working for them from last 5 years

VO: Ok good

VO: Do you pay your H1 fee?

Me: No,it will be taken care by my employer

VO:As of now I am approving your visa and you can collect your passport at pickup locations where you mentioned in ur application

Vo: Shae gave one green coloured pamplte(which has below information)

Your visa has been approved.and all customer care details.

She was referring to the one which employer will send to US Home Land Security at that time of H1 B filing.

It has all the infiormation about the petioner and our jobs and responssibilities.
