221g at Kolkata asking for CV and research details

I had my interview on Dec 3 at Kolkata. I am a Post Doc at a Big public university and is on H1 for this employer for more than 2 years. My area of research is Plant biology/ Plant Genetics. Got my PhD in USA. VO asked some routine questions and told everything looks fine, but they need to do further admin processing and told me to wait. Then I was called to another window with two other guys who were on the same boat and handed us a white sleep asking for detailed CV, research description etc. and told us to submit those via email. Submitted the documents on 4th Dec. Please share your experience if you are on the same boat. How long does it usually take to resolve such cases?

They are looking for security clearance.

It might take anywhere between 2-4 weeks.

Please share your experience. Still waiting for update from Consulate. Really frustrating.
