H1B Visa stamping for first time H1 employer

Hi,

I got a job as contract to Hire. So I am transferring my current H1 B to consultant to whom I am gonna work on contract. Its in premium processing now.

I am planning to go India next month. So I need to go for VISA stamping before I come back to USA.

As the consultancy is gonna file H1 for first time, I am really worried if there would be a problem in my VISA stamping.

Please suggest the potential issues and also please let me know all the documents required with the templates also for H4.

Your question is not clear. Do you currently hold an Active H1B I797 or are you applying for the first time. Also, is this case of H1B transfer ? What visa do you hold currently?

Hi,

Yes I have active I797 which is valid till Apr 2015. I got the receipt for my H1 transfer.
