Its time to update my story. I should first thank murthy forum. I work on EVC Model. I prepared well for the interview.

The questions are :-

1. whats your employer name ?

2. how long have you been working with him ?

21/2 months

3. what does he do ?

He is in to consulting and developing products.

4. Can you please let me know of the products he works on ?

5. do you have a client ?

yes

6. what do they do ?

they do ......

7. what are your roles and responsiblities at the client location ?

spoke for more than a minute

8. how long did you work there ?

3 years

9. how come you worked with the client for 3 years, when u worked with your employer for 2 1/2 months ?

client has different products and also has different implementors in the project. So after completion of one of the project with different employer , my current employer offered me a good offer with good role and responsibilities and benefits.so i choose xxxx company.

10. what is your highest study ?

12. what specialization ?

one of the chinese guy has taken interview for me. I was very much prepared for all the above questions. I hope my experience will help few people .

I only recommend people to be confident ,with proper documentation and be prepared with answers for all the sample questions

Didnt he ask you for any Client letter?

Do you think lesser duration with current employer matters a lot? I have only 1 month of exp before I would go for interview

He did not ask me to show the client letter. He has not asked any documents from me.

I wont say it will be a problem, but I would have preferred travelling with alteast one pay stub.
