When to do transfer or addendum

Hello,

My company is going through some changes, it is selling it's shares to another company. as of today we are not announced with what is going to be changed. If the company name or tax id didn't change, is there anything needs to be done for my H1B. Can someone please tell me on what changes I need to do addendum or transfer?
