Paystubs with L1 company after H1 approved

Hi,

I am working with company A on L1B (with valid I-94). Company B filed H1B in 2012 general quota.

I got H1B COS approved on Oct 15 2012. But due to two weeks notice peroid i have continued to work for Company A and got paystubs till Oct 31st 2012.

Now Compay C offered me fulltime job and has filed H1B transfer on Nov 21st 2012 which is got RFE (Asking why i have two weeks pay with Company A on L1B).

Here my questions are

1. What will happen if my H1B Transfer rejected?

2. Is there any legal impact on my current stay in USA?

3. Can i continue work with my current H1B employer legally?
