Pay in I129 lesser then LCA Pay... actual is greater than LCA lca pay... will this be a problem...

1) The petition may show pay lesser than the LCA pay

2) Actual pay should never be less than the LCA Pay

3) This is not a problem at all , this is an ideal scenario. Remember the actual pay should never be lower than what your LCA shows that will put you in trouble.

what proof ?? Yes I do mine is/was the same case with new/old employer respectively. Got my visa approved. Paystubs and tax returns, w2 forms bankstatements can be useful to prove your point.
