Alternative for PO/Contract from Prime Vendor

Hi,

My Prime vendor is not providing the PO/Contract between him and client as I can understand that it cannot be revealed to the contractor.

Is there any alternative document that I can carry for H1 stamping.

If you have contact paper between your employer & vendor plus client letter.That's enough.I also went through same situation ,I did with my first stamping before 6 months.

Have the vendor proved the PO with blanking out everything that they feel is confidential.

So I do need it for h1 stamping or as per hseeker , is that enough if i take the contract between vendor and employer.

You need all the documents for H1 stamping.

Cannot depend on luck, it might turn at any moment

You do need the client letter but if the client is not willing to give one your best bet is to carry the documents that show all the links between you and client and if they think they are confidential have them blank anything that they think is confidential and initial it.

But at the end of the day its all your luck in EVC model.
