H1B stamping without client letter

Hi All,

I am on EVC model and planning to go for stamping to canada without a client letter. Is this really risky? I might be able to get a letter from them saying that their policies do not allow providing a client letter.

I am also planning my H1B amendment without client letter.

The VO is asking for client letter. They asked for me and my room mate. I noticed they asked for other people also.

Client letter is mandatory for H1 processing.

It is always risky, but there are sucessful cases (you can read on the forums) where candidates had email from client stating that client has policy of not issuing lettter. To be safeside, look for a fulltime job.

my colleague just (today) got visa today without client letter, not from Canada, but from India. We are in EC model, not FTE.
