vnreddy111 Posted December 5, 2012 Report Posted December 5, 2012 Hello Friends, Please advise on this query: --------------------------------- I am planning to get 7th year visa stamping.Instead of India I am planning to go Canada or Mexico. I am working as a VC model(Vendor->Client).I am a employe of vendor.I have been working this vendor from last 3 years. Now my 6th year H1b expire in Jan 2013 and I got H1B approved with same Vendor(means my employer and have 600 employes). Also I have been working at client side from last 5 years.2 years from different employer and been working 3 years for present employer(Direct Vendor for Client). But in my passport I had only my previous employer visa stamp ind its expired long back. Now I want visa stamp on present employer(Vendor) which I dont have previous visa stamp in my passport. -So am I eligible to go for visa stamp in Canada or Mexico? Any issues with visa stamping in Canada or Mexico based on my status.? or its best to go to India? -I have all the documents including client letter, project agreement,Vendor employe at Client side...everything. I will be appreciate your advice... Thanks..
