EB3 to Family Based

I filed 485 as a derivative under EB3 category in 2004 with a PD of Oct 24th 2002. In the meanwhile my spouse was approved as a PR in June 2007 and she is now a US citizen since August 31st 2012. With the help of Murthy firm I interfiled as a spouse of a US citizen using the same 485 . I have a 130 that was approved under F2A in January 2010.

Interfiled on September 3rd 2012.

On Oct 26th my file was transferred to NBC - MO. This made sense and i expected to get an interview scheduled.

On Nov 14th my file was sent back to Texas service center.

Addnl Info - Nov 10th Dec Visa bulletin was out and my PD under EB3 became current.

Steps taken after Nov 14th. Contacted Senator, Attoeney emailed the service center and i also have an infopass scheduled for next week.

Anybody can make anything out of this?

Is there anything else i can do?

100% legal, no complicaitions, Married much before we came to the United states, renewed EAD and AP at least 6 times.
