Is VISA stamping required post employer change?

Recently I changed my employer however my previous visa stamp is valid until 7/2013. After changing employer I got new I-797 and I-94 valid until 4/2015. Now I am planning to visit India during March-April 2013 for 2-3 weeks.

Do I need to go for fresh stamping or my previous stamping would still be valid? And what all documents I would need while travelling?
