H1B - Transfer

Greetings!

I came in US during NOV 2010 with my L1 visa via company "A" and I got my H1B approved effective OCT 1st 2012 via company "X".

I was working with company "A" till NOV 26th 2012 and now I joined company "X" and my pay slip is not yet generated with company "X".

Meantime I was offered a fulltime job by company "Y".

* Can i join with company "Y" and they are ready to transfter my H1B to them?

=> You were out of status from Oct 1st to Nov 25th. You should have worked for your H1b employer in this duration.

=> To get this H1b transfer done, you have to show your legal status in last 5-6 months to USCIS.

When you say out of status, i'm not sure on that. I was working for company "A" and got my pay check till NOV 25th.

As mentioned whn you say legal status in last 5-6 month, how will that work in my case?
