fin.naresh@gmail.com
Hi All, I have got my H1B Amendment done very recently, a month ago. in the petition my salary was mentioned in the I-129 petition as 70K, but I have got my payroll ran way more than(>120K). is this lot of difference that VO can point out? if the VO asks "what is your annual salary?", what will I be saying, the salary on the petetion? OR the salary that is some thing between the petition, so that I can tell them I got hike with the recent performance validation? please help me, I am going for stamping in next week. Thank you. mihir015
if you are going for Stamping then you just have to make sure that your rate should be same or more then what you mentioned in your LCA. Still ask your employer Link to comment
