Hi Friends

I am working for XXX company and got H1B . Now I got another opportunity from YYY company.

But here my query is:

As of now I have't step into USA . Now my new employer is showing intrest to transfer visa.

In this case can transfer my visa from A to B.

If I go with new employer am i going to face any Port Of Entry issues.

Please help me out from this issue.

If I was you....I would stick with the current company....step in US...work till i get atleast 3 months paystubs and then change company. This is a much more stable route and avoid troubles on future H1-B stampings.

The YYY company only think about the money they make on you. So don't worry they will be behind you even after 3 months.
