I-140 denied

Hi All,

My PD is in April 2008. I-140 was approved in Nov 2008 by Nebraska center. Applied for my EAD, AP and 485 in Jan 2012. recieved my EAD, AP in march 2012.

got RFE on 485 to submit paystubs and employment history in July 2012. responded to rfe by aug 2012 with required details. intent to revoke was issued on Oct 2012 for my I-140.

attorney responded with in 2 weeks. got i-140 denied in nov 2012. I am currently working on EAD with another company from Sep 2012. My h1 was approved in Oct 2012

with GC company. What are my options to preserve my green card processing and specially my status in US. Can MTR or appeal in court will be the only way? Can I work on EAD until my 485 is active?
