I was on L1 type VISA for around 4 months in US in 2008 (July 2008 to Nov 2008) and company paid per diem and also complete Indian salary. I did not apply for SSN and not paid US tax in that period. My Current company applied for H1b and it was approved two weeks back. Now time for visa stamping 1. what should be the process if they Visa officer asked for Previous US Tax document and SSN details. 2. Is there is any document can be prepare by lawyer or Company before h1b Interview.
