Changing the DS forms

Hi all,

I have booked a slot for my H1B visa stamping interview in Vancouver, Canada in March 2013 with the help of application ID and confirmation ID which are generated after submitting DS forms. But unfortunately my project is ending in Feb 2013 so I changed my appointment to Calgary in Jan 2013. Now after rescheduling my appoinment I still see Vancouver details on my DS forms. Since these forms are already submitted I am unable to edit them. Please suggest me do I need to fill new DS forms again or is there any way to edit these forms. If I need to fill new DS forms how can I use the same application ID and confirmation ID.
