My experience

Me : Hi, How are you doing

VO : I am fine

VO : Who do you work for?

Me : I work for XYZ (Consultancy)

VO : What is this XYZ do?

Me : Provide software development, consulting services to various sectors..

VO : Your Petition?

Me : Gave him I797

VO : How many employees work for XYZ?

Me : Around 25

VO : All those work in U.S?

Me : I said Yes (I am not sure about this)

VO : Do you have employees list of your company?

Me : I dont have have it with me right now but I can provide you if you need

he was checking few things on computer with unhappy face ..I thought he is going to reject my H1

VO: Do you have end Client?

Me : Yes, My client is XXXX

VO: Do you work at client location?

Me : Yes

VO: Whats your duties and resp?

Me : Blah Blah

VO : Give me your client letter?

Me : Gave him

VO read every line of my client letter. It says my employer has rights to hire, pay and fire me.

VO : Your highest degree?

Me : Masters in Science from AAA University (I didnt mentioned my Major..My Major is not at all related to software)

VO : Your visa is approved and you will get your passport in 2-3 days.

Me : Thanks

If you have client letter you will get your visa for sure. There were 3 members for H1 at that time 2 got approved and one got 221g because he didnt had Client letter.

HI Naveen

Congratulations on your successful visa stamping . My client is very particular about client letter , But i can get an email from my manager stating that I work for Him and my employer is responsible to hire and fire me. Did you see any one who didnot have a client letter but got successful visa stamping with Email let me know.
