athadu66 Posted December 3, 2012 Report Posted December 3, 2012 Hello All, I work for a State government run University (Not for profit org). My university has decided to go ahead and file for my green card. ( Probably Masters with 4 yrs of experience). Since university pays are pretty low compared with the market pay, is it going to be a problem while filing for Perm because of the prevailing wage? We wanted to apply with Masters + 1 yr of experience, but the university just wants it to be masters + 4 yrs with a "Sr" title in there. Also, from what I have seen, this might fall into a higher zone.. I am concerned about an audit down the line because of this. Should this be a matter of concern ? Thanks
