Do I need to go for H-1B stamping when I change employer?

Hi,

I recently came to US on H-1B (1st H-1B) and have a valid H-1B stamp on my passport (in India).

My current H-1B in the passport is valid till Sep 2014.. If I change employer, do I need to go for stamping again (before Sep 2014) when I travel out of country?
