I am an FTE and I appeared for interview on Dec 4th at 8 am at MOntreal consulate. No documents asked. The visa officer only asked if I am on company's payroll (i am) and if I have any family in US (i dont).

I recieved an email from loomis late night (about 12.45) the next day that my passport has been picked up.

Applicants love to cause confusion and that's what is happening in this case too. We have another member here who has given a reply about his timelines(mannu2001). I think due to the holidays visa appointments/admin processing might take longer.

Dude, please don't post negative replies. You should be an encouragement to the community and not scare them. I have lot of friends who went to montreal with no problems, indeed one of them was with EVVC model and he got his passport in 4 days.
