Do I need file ammendment again?

I work employer A, and got approved I-140 in May, 2011. Employer A filed my H1B extension in the end of 2011, and I got H1B extension until 12/31/2014 . In February, 2012, my employer A filed H1B amendment with new LCA and relocated me to Client B in a different state. In my amendment petition letter, it stated that I will work for Client B till the end of 2012, and then relocate back to employer A's location afterward. We stated in this way, because my employer has a SOW for me only till the end of 2012 with Client B. The amendment petition was approved, and my H1B is still valid till 12/31/2012 in the approval notice.

Now I most likely will continue work for Client B in 2013 for Employer A. My LCA is valid till 12/31/2014 for both locations. Do we still need to file amendment petition again for continuing working at Client B’s location? Please advise.
