First name spell wrong, additional 'A' in my first name

Hi All,

My First Name is mis-spelt as VIJAYA KUMAR instead of VIJAY KUMAR in my Bachelors Transcript and Marks cards. I am applying for H1 for the very first time. Please guide me if there would be any issues during my visa process.

Note: I have received inputs on this from my company to get a notarized statement on this change. So, I wanted to know if this is sufficient or any other inputs is appreciated.
