221 G White slip in Ottawa

Hi,

Who knew that I will get a 221 G - white slip :) ??

The VO stated - "Seeing your proof of work, you look eligible for H1b visa, however, I am not satisfied with the client letter denial email". <I e-mailed my client manager requesting for the Client letter and they responded that due to company policy they cannot issue me a client letter - I took a copy of those emails and handed it over>. We would need to verify the same with your Client.

I submitted other proofs of documents (Awards, other emails, news letters) which signify that I work there, but he still issued me a 221(g) white slip.

VO mentioned it could take from 2 days to many.

Anyone has any idea, how long they take to process these applications? Anyone in Ottawa can contact me at pulkit1010 at gmail.

Hi Pulkit ..

IN ottawa consulate they will send an email to your manager or HR which is mentioned on your Client letter denial emial . and send them few exact questions . Once they hear back from them , if they dont have any other concerns . You will get your visa.. it might take from one week to 3 weeks..
