Amendment on Client Location Change

One of friends is working for client X, but he is being moved to a different building (within 2 miles radius) for the same client. Is H1- B amendment required for this situation or filing a new LCA would be sufficient.

He is planning to go for stamping in last week of December

If its just location change, I guess you need only LCA. But its better to check with your attorney.
