Successful Visa Stamping on Nov 28th- Vancouver

First security check is done and you are sent to 20th floor where the interview occurs:

Here is my interview experience.

Me: Good morning, how are you

VO: Good morning

Me: Gave the Passport\I-797\Confirmation with barcode

VO: who is your employer

Me: ABC

VO: How lone are you with your company

Me: Close to 4 years

VO: Whats your salary

Me: XX

VO: Can i see you labor certificate(LCA)

Me: gave him

VO: Do you work for ABC company or end client

Me: End Client

VO: Who is your end client

Me: ABC

VO: Can i see your client letter

Me: provided

VO: Where is your client and what do they do

Me: Atlanta,told about the client

VO: How long are you with the client

Me: Close to 4 years

VO: Smiling at me , looks like your are in Atlanta for the most part :)

Me: Yes sir

VO: Can i see your pay-stubs and bank statements

Me: Gave him both

VO: how often do you interact with your employer

Me: Bi weekly calls, Weekly status reports and stand up calls when required

VO: started typing for few mins and said your visa is approved

Just an FYI, there were 5 people for H1b i met and all of them got it.
