LIMS Posted November 28, 2012 Report Share Posted November 28, 2012 My Scenario. Change of Status from L1 to H1 Had previously approved H1(OCT 2006), so cap excempt. The previos H1 was not used to enter, never entered to US using that old H1. Entered on L1 to US, changed employer.Applied H1 before expiring the old H1 three months before(the old H1 's 6 yrs end by 30th Sep 2012.). Applied new H1 on Aug 6th on Regular processing, after 3 months and 20 days. Status show it is approved. thanks Link to comment
