H1-B transfer while extension is in progress

Hi,

My current H-1B Visa and I-94 is expiring on 31-Dec-2012. Employer 'A' who is holding my current H-1B petition has applied for extension under normal processing and it is in 'Initial Review'

stage.

I have got an offer from Employer 'B' who say that they will apply for H-1B transfer with premium processing on or before 25-Dec-2012. It is highly likely that that transfer petition by Employer 'B' will go through first as it is done through premium.

After that

a) Will the petioton for extension filed by employer 'A' will automatically get dropped?

b) What If the petition for extension filed by employer 'A' is also approved by USCIS, will the petition which got approved earlier for employer 'B' will get nullified?

c) What If the petition for extension filed by employer 'A' is rejected by USCIS, what will happen to the petition which got approved earlier for employer 'B' earlier?
