USCIS website shows that the last successful case processing date in CSC is May 25th 2012, which was updated on Nov 9th on the USCIS website. Also, this status is as of Sep 30th, from what they say. Its been few weeks from then, so to get an idea as to how far it has moved. Anyone got their 7th year extensions approved from CSC with a later filing/receipt date than May 25th 2012? Link to comment
nami16 Posted December 4, 2012 Report Share Posted December 4, 2012 Hi thyagaraj81, My H-1B extension after initial 6-year with approved I-140 was finally approved today, 12/3/12. My case was filed at CSC on 6/7/12 with regular processing. Your case status will be updated within a week or so. Good luck! Link to comment
