2ageorge123 Posted November 28, 2012 Report Share Posted November 28, 2012 I am on L1 visa and my wife on L2 visa with EAD. All three expired on Nov-20th and filed for extension in Sep-2012. On Nov-21-2012 we got new EAD approved and its valid for two years. But on Nov-27-2012 we got the L1 (i-129) and L2 extension denial notice from USCIS? How did this happen? Will EAD approved before the decision on L1 and L2 extension? Link to comment
