Recently, i switched over to Employer B and my new petition is valid upto 09/15. I am going to India this Dec along with my Wife on vacation. Does it require for H1 Visa stamping again for me & my wife. Please Help !! Link to comment
kash80 Posted November 28, 2012 Report Share Posted November 28, 2012 No, you do not need a new visa stamped on your passport to re-enter. But you must have the new I-797. I am not an attorney, so would be prudent to check with your firm's immigration attorney. Link to comment
