rams.81 Posted November 27, 2012 Report Posted November 27, 2012 Hi All, I am currently under a H1B Visa (7th year) which is valid for another 4 months. I currently have got my I140 approved in 2010 (EB3 Category). Previously I had extended my H1B Visa based on my green card. I would have to do the same again. So at this point: 1. Can I try for a different job and switch employers via a H1B transfer? (my company will not give a copy of the I140 Approval, but I have got the receipt number). If so what is the proper way to do this? 2. If the other company B applies for a H1B transfer, would employer A know about this? Can someone please help me clarify. Thanks Thanks Ram
