H-1B transfer in 7th year and LCA

Hi,

My 6th year of H-1B ends on January 17th 2013. Company A filed for my Labor certification in October' 2011. My labor decision is still pending, but I got my 7th year H-1B visa extension until January 17th 2014 since the Labor certification is still pending. I am planning to move to Company B. My question is whether I can move to Company B without any visa problems, whether Company B can file for my Labor in the 7th year of my H-1B visa. I can also re-capture 5 months for my visa, as I was out of US for that time in the last 5 plus years. So my H-1B will end on June 17th 2014 (January 17th 2014 plus 5 months). Really appreciate your opinion and advice.
