irfansd Posted November 26, 2012 Report Share Posted November 26, 2012 Hi , I worked for Company A from nov10 till sept12 in USA as a consultant .I transfered my H1 to Company B as a consultant. I booked visa date in canada for dec 11 , but Now nov 26 I am getting a fulltime offer from client company C .. Can i do my transfer again to Company C ..postpone canada stamp date to jan and visit india( emergency have to go in dec ) then come to canada for stamping after getting 2 paystubs from Company C ? Appreciate you r help guys .. confused now !!! Link to comment

Can i change the slot with new employer Company C LCA .. Can i do that on current slot ?? Link to comment

Fill a new DS-160 once you are approved with company C and change the DS-160 number in your visa appointment details at the CSC Visa Information Service website, http://usvisa-info.com/en-CA/selfservice/login Link to comment

Stamping rate is likely "better" because of types of people allowed to appear (no first timers with non-US degrees). Stamping rate in India includes first timers with no qualifications that would never be stamped anywhere. Link to comment
