I am attended on Nov6 @10Am . I am still waiting on mail from consulate.VO told me that ur visa has been approved but Waiting on PIMS Update. But i didn't get any email yet from the consulate.Please let me know your case

Hi SAP2004. The VO clearly mentioned that he want to cross check with the client so I was expecting an email, which was sent to my client after a week. After that no response what so ever. Still waiting for them to come back. In your case I think they might have put a background check in play. Do you have a common muslime name?

Did you send any email to Embassy bu asking your case status.how much time will it take for background check.

during interview VO told me he has 2 issues. 1. my wife photo is not clear and Other One PIMS Update.

I gave my Wife Photo he scanned the same and told one issues resolved. He said I am approving Visa but waiting on PIMS update.

I sent a mail to Embassy on Nov -14 by asking my case status. with in 20 Min They sent a mail to my client by asking list of std Questions. we answered the same with in an Hr. after that no reply from them.

I sent couple of mails but no reply from them.

are you still in Ottawa?
