Working from US Facility on EAD

Hi,

I am working in a US based company in India. My wife has to travel to US on L1, Is it possible for me to work from the US facility of our company after getting the EAD? I already have L2.

A person in valid L2 status with an EAD is generally permitted to work for nearly any private employer in the U.S.

Thanks for answering, I will be getting the salary in India and working from the US facility. Do i need to pay tax to US govt. in this case?

If you are working in the U.S., you generally have to pay taxes in the U.S. However, you would need to discuss the matter with your accountant or a tax attorney.
