I filed H1B through employer B and got H1B COS valid from Oct 1, 2012. But due to some personal reason I did not resign from employer A and still working with employer A on L1B. I am planning to continue with my L1B employer. Although it has been two month now. I consulted with Online Lawyer he suggested that my employments is not legal with my employer A. To retain my L1B status I have to travel outside of US and come back on my L1B. My question is even after 2 month of illegal status can I come back to USA on my L1B. Will I face any issue in traveling back to USA on my valid L1B visa. Also will I face any issue in future due to my illegal employment in USA. Appreciate the quick response.
