Hi,

I am working for Xyz company and they applied for my GC in EB3. I got I140 approved. I have only 8 months left out of my 6 year.Due to family medical emergency I have to travel to India, so what will be my chances to get visa stamping?

I am currently working in EVC model.

Please let me know your suggestions.. Any help is appreciated.
