my visa date is also on Dec 3rd Toronto. Near by Airport hotels are some what cheaper compare to near the consulate..Send an email to kc123usa gmail.com to discuus travel plans and accomdation.

there is a hostel on college st which is 1.5 miles from the consulate. Planetraveller dot com. you can search that and make your bookings. I stayed there and there were 4 other guys who were staying there. it is $30/night with break fast, wifi.

It is close to University of toronto, may be half mile. and is very close to many bars and restaurants.

I would definitely recommend.

PS: keep in mind this is a hostel not a hotel. You need to share your room.
