H1-B Admin Processing

I have been to my Visa Interview in June 2012 for my H1-B in Chennai Consulate. The Consulate didn't issue my Visa and returned my passport giving me 221-G blue slip saying " Your application is under Administrative Processing"

I got a e:mail from Chennai consulate on Nov 1 2012 with following message:

" As of today, the administrative processing for your visa application is complete. Please submit your passports (dependant passports also) along with the hard copy of this email via our drop box operated at one of the 5 OFC or 6 VFS offices"

Its been 3 weeks i sent my passport to them , still no response from the Consulate .

Can you please advise.
