Will I be out of status?

Hi,

Here's my status.

I am currently on H4 with i94 expiring this December.

I found a prospective employer and my H1B COS petition was filed and I got an RFE now and we havent filed the RFE response yet.

My spouses employer has filed for my H4 extension since both our visas are expiring in December.

If my H1B is approved and if I withdraw my H4 application at a later point, will I be out of status at any point?
