DropBoxConfirmation Page during Scheduling appointment: Please help

Hey guys,

I have been trying to schedule my visa appointment since the last few days but there are no dates at the moment available.When I was trying to see whether dates were open for today I was not able to check the dates page because I was getting a dropboxconfirmation page.I believe that you will get this page if you say "yes" to the interview waiver eligibility.I selected "No" but still I am getting that page.What should I do ? Has any one faced this problem

call the call center guys. your reciept is probably locked, it takes about 1 day to unlock the receipt and then you can book your appointment
