kjnewbie
Hi All, There is a question in DS-160 [Filing for H-1B Renewal stamping] that goes like - "Were you employed before?" I have been with the same employer from the last 4 years and my first stamping was also from the current employer. For this question should I list my current employer as one of the previous employements (up until the date of the first H-1B stamping) ? or is that just considered as current employment. If anyone has been in a similar position - renewing H-1B with the same petitioner, and if you have filled the form recently, please let me know how this question should be answered. Apart from the full-time jobs, do we also need to list internships, assistantships here? Thanks for the responses. Link to comment

sb1234
If you haven't changed employer then you don't need to ... If there is a different employer than the present then you should mention about him. Also, you don't need to list internships / assistantships. Good Luck Link to comment
