resmy_mr@yahoo.com Posted November 21, 2012 Report Posted November 21, 2012 Hi I am on H4 visa now, applied for H1B in April 2012 for a project in New hampshire thru a consultancy. But it came in RFE in september asking for client letter. I got a project in Chicago in october and replied to RFE with the client letter from the Chicago project. But My H1B denied yesterday because of the location change in I129 and LCA. So Can I go for appeal? Is there any chance to approve my visa if I go for appeal? What can I do to get it approved? If I go for appeal and again if its denied then is it affect my current H4 status? Can I apply for H1B next year if its not approved this year? please update me. Thanks
JoeF Posted November 21, 2012 Report Posted November 21, 2012 So, the consulting company lied when they said they have a project in NH. And you expect an appeal to work??? Find a better employer.
rahul412 Posted November 22, 2012 Report Posted November 22, 2012 So Can I go for appeal? Is there any chance to approve my visa if I go for appeal? What can I do to get it approved? USCIS asked you to submit letter regarding the project at New Hampshire, but you submitted another letter. How did you expected that your petition will be accepted by not submitting the req document??
