Labor pending and H1 valid till July-2013 - Plan for India Travel

Hello,

My six year of H1B is expiring in July-2013. I have still 7 months left on my H1B visa. My labor is pending as it is applied in Nov-2012. Just wanted to check is it safe to travel to India in Jan and do stamping? Will it be problem in visa stamping on just 7 month validity of H1B.

Please advice if I need to travel now or after getting labor approved?

Labor is independent of your h1b.

Thank you for the prompt reply. Can you please let me know if during my stay in India I can work for the same employer? Also how long can I stay in India?
