H1B Transfer Denial - need to know when to leave USA

Need urgent response...please help me by answering my questions.

I was with employer A till August 22 2011. I797 and I94 from employer A was valid till Jan 24th 2013. From August 22nd 2011 I started working for employer B. employer B filed for H1B transfer on August 22 2011. Now the H1B Transfer is denied on November 14th 2012.

My question is can I continue working for employer B as my I94 from employer A is valid till Jan 24th 2013. If i can not work for employer B, then within how many days I have to leave USA provided that I am not going back to employer A. The denial notice doesn't say any thing about when to leave USA.
