pintureddy72 Posted November 20, 2012 Report Posted November 20, 2012 My company filed for pwd for my position with location as company's head office based in Denver and offices all accross US. The wage came as 20% higher than what my current salary is. My question is my home office is chicago and client location is cincinatti and I am no where related to the head office i.e I have never been to head office etc.. I checked the prevailing wage on DOL site and for these two cities which is below is or close to my current salary for the same level and group in which the original PWD was applied with head office location. My question is if it DOL or USCIS requirement to pick the location of head office address ? Can the company file for a new pwd with location changed to my home office or client location What other options do I have here to continue with GC process with same company? Thanks for your help!!
