I want to quit engineering and do an MBA full time. Will my F1 get approved based on my filing ? From what I know, for F1, you have to prove non-immigrant intent. If i labor is filed, that proves my immigrant intent. Please Help!!
t75 Posted November 20, 2012 Report Posted November 20, 2012 A GC is applied for the engineering job. You can work for MBA part time but plan to work as an engineer after getting GC with your sponsor.
