Visitor Visa documents required Canada@vancouver

Hello Friends,

Can you please let me know what all documents are required for Multiple entry canada TRV ( VISITORS VISA ) . I am going alone .

Do I need to send original I-797 or a copy of I-797 .

I got 2 passport photo graphs but they are based on american passport dimensions got from CVS pharmacy studio is this fine ? I could not able to get the size dimensions as asked by CANADA VISITORS PROGRAM .

If you are in doubt, getting hold of an agent and getting Canada visa done is worth of the time and money you spend on these issues (thats my opinion).

For Mutliple entry you have to take DD/MO for $150 for single entry its $75. copy of I-797 is fine. Passport size photos what ever you got is fine.. You need to stick it on the first page(in the box) next to each other.

Documents needed.

1. $150 DD or MO

2. Passport ,copy of I-797

3. Letter from you employer

4. Application form,Family information form

5. Recent bank statement.

I dont think both are of same size for canada visa u need frame size must be at least 35 mm x 45 mm (1 3/8″ x 1 3/4″).

American passport size is 2 X 2.Ask them to reprint with correct dimensions.

I-797 copy is good.

Canada visa picture requirements are different. You can get it in walgreen's. I got them from walgreen's only.

Are you going in person or sending through post?

Following are the documents i carried:

1. Application form

2. Family Information

3. Copy of I 797 form

4. Employment Letter

5. PayStubs

6. 2 photographs

7. Bank Statements for 3 months

8. Invitation letter - Not mandatory

The fee per person is $150 for a multiple entry visa, $75 for a single entry visa, or $400 for a family (multiple or single entry).
